John Zmuda the owner provided a very fair quote with references. His team put 10 different “zones” without damaging 1 flower. The grass looked great afterwards despite digging it up fort he pipes. They cleaned up everything. My expectations were exceeded!

A landscaper who assisted us with some plantings recommended this group to us and connected me directly with John. Their proposal was competitive with my other bids and always appreciate a referral along with the confidence John provided in explaining how he planned to lay out our specific irrigation system. Pleased with the result and the installation team worked hard and were generally careful around our new plantings with the drip lines. My only complaint might be having been offered a better picture of the specific suggestions I might do post install to restore my yard most easily/effectively. They assumed that I had a professional landscaper to do that and I would have had some of the soils, seed, tools and roller ready to go vs scrambling a bit. Looking forward to the results and already loving the WiFi upgrade.

If you're looking for your irrigation system done right, I wouldn't look around for too long and sign up with John at One Time Irrigation right away. Not only can him and his crew tackle the most complex jobs, i.e., working under pavers, fences, under concrete slabs, etc, but also, they do it in the least disruptive manner. When they're done you'll be satisfied. I'm glad I found One Time Irrigation because from start to finish it was a breeze-no headaches. They literally did sprinklers for my backyard which was fully finished, with pavers and sod already installed and now you can't even tell that it was an afterthought. In short, best in class sprinkler system installed by best in class professionals. What more can I say, I highly recommend them.
